Explainable Weather forecasting using Deep Spatial Autoencoders
Made a Data Driven Weather Prediction model, using a spatial transformer-based U-Net to capture variations in spatio-temporal weather data (ERA5 Weather Reanalysis Dataset).
Multi Agent Pathfinding Problem for Precision Agriculture
Modeled the multi agent path finding problem and solved using Constraint Based Search (CBS) algorithm, for managing aerial and ground (obstacle-constrained) swarm agents for precision agriculture.
Wheat Head Identification using Image Detection for Crop Yield Monitoring
Implemented and trained image detection models like Faster-RCNN, EfficientDet, YOLO to predict bounding boxes over wheat heads, for estimating crop yield.
Breast Histopathology Image Cell Nuclei Segmentation for Cancer Identification
Built a data pre-processing pipeline for generating synthetic data and segmenting cell nuclei using ResUNet++ model, for identifying and classifying breast cancer.
